During multiple years, we have developed a wide scale of tools for this. An appealing format for offline and online job advertisements, a special website with all vacancies and employee information, an exhibition stand for career fairs, and an extensive introduction DVD to make new employees familiar with the organization were just a few pillars of the internal approach.

If you get struck by sudden cardiac arrest in the Netherlands, you have a 1 in 10 chance at survival. Shocking numbers that are even lower in Belgium. For Medtronic Physio-Control, we came up with a direct mailing concept, which encouraged businesses and institutions to purchase a life saving 'LifePak.' The LifePak is an automatic external defibrillator (AED) and delivers the dosed shock with which the cardiac function gets restored. A universal concept was developed for the Dutch and Belgian markets. By visualizing 100 people using pictograms, followed by showing the empty frames, the problem was brought to the attention in an intrusive way.
