As part of DHL Deutsche Post, European Financial Services takes care of various accounting and other service tasks for Europe's establishments. The department is part of DHL Finance Operations Europe with 1500 employees. 

DHL European Financial Services in Maastricht asked us to develop an employer branding strategy, which helped attract new employees, as well as motivate and connect existing staff successfully and coherently. 

 
 

We extracted the cultural values that formed the foundations for the employer branding from group interviews.

 
 

Through workshop and interview sessions with employees from all sections of the organization, we obtained the cultural values that are characteristic of the organization. These indicators of the corporate culture formed the foundation for the creative strategy and were deployed in both the internal communication and the job market communication. 

Thus, we worked out a new format in the form of a new internal magazine, 'The Insider,' the existing housing was restyled entirely to carry out the DHL Finance family feeling, and a new recruitment website was launched. All under the new central motto 'DHL Finance. Where everyone counts.'
