DHL European Financial Services in Maastricht asked us to develop an employer branding strategy to successfully and cohesively attract new staff as well as inform and enthuse existing personnel.

Where everyone counts

A number of workshops were held with the staff to pinpoint the organisation’s ‘cultural values’. These corporate culture indicators formed the foundation for the development of a creative strategy and were used both in internal communication and labour market communication. We created a new company magazine called ‘The Insider’, restyled the premises to communicate DHL’s family spirit and launched a new recruitment website. This was all done under the new centralised pay-off ‘DHL European Financial Services. Where everyone counts’.
